How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy periods. However, we do our best to accommodate short-notice requests.

What information do you need for a quote?
Your postcode, property type, number of windows (if known), and the service required.

Can I change my appointment date?
Yes. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll arrange a new date that suits you.

How much notice is required for cancellations?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for residential appointments. Commercial cancellation terms are agreed in advance.

Is there a cancellation fee?
Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a charge to cover lost time.

What happens if the weather is bad?
In extreme weather, we may reschedule for safety reasons. Light rain does not usually affect external window cleaning.

Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No. As long as we have safe access, we can clean while you’re out.

Do you clean inside windows?
Internal window cleaning is available on request and must be booked in advance.

How often should residential windows be cleaned?
